The sale prices indicated are exclusively for online purchases within this website and taxes are included. Shipping costs are not included. The user shall be responsible for the shipping costs when a promotional offer is not applied to these expenses. Therefore, the costs are added to the total price of the selected products once the order has been placed. reserves the right to change its sale prices at any time. However, we are committed to apply the current prices listed on the site at the time your order is placed.

Payment methods provides you four payment methods: with credit card (Visa or Visa Electron, Mastercard), by bank transfer, with PayPal or by cash on delivery.

a) Credit card: If you choose to pay by credit card, your order will not be fulfilled until the payment has been authorised by your bank or savings bank. Online payment by credit card is made through our security bank system, which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the Internet.

For security reasons, checks all orders paid by bank card. Moreover, for payments whose total amount is above a limit fixed by, you will be asked for an identity document which should be sent by fax or email.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. These safety measures are a way to protect our customers against potential bank fraud.

b) Bank transfer: Once the order has been made, you should make a bank transfer to our bank account which is indicated in your purchase order.

The customer has 5 working days in order to make the transfer; if it has not been done within that time the order will be cancelled.

Once the transfer is received, we immediately proceed with the shipping of the order.

c) In cash on delivery (only Spain): The payment on delivery will be made in cash at the time your order is received. This payment has an additional cost of 4% of the total value of the purchase (always with a minimum of 4,00€, even if the 4% would be lower). It is an ideal solution if you do not wish to pay your orders online. This payment method is not valid for orders over 500,00 €.

d) Paypal: PayPal is one of the fastest methods to pay online. You could check your transaction history online 24h/24 through your PayPal account or credit card.


Shipments, deliveries and delivery time

Purchases at are shipped throughout Europe.

Once an order has been sent it could not be cancelled.

The order will be sent to the address you indicated in the purchase.

Delivery times will depend on the shipping method. provides you SEUR24h shipping method for shipments to Spain and Portugal. This transport agency allows you to receive your order within 24-48 h (shipping to the mainland and islands.)

Shipments to Europe will be sent through the transport agency UPS; the delivery time will vary between 3-5 days, depending on the European zone.

Shipments outside Europe normally have a delivery time between 3-7 days, depending on the destination.

If you place your order before 1.00 pm, your order will be processed the same day, provided that the product is available in the website. Shipping costs will depend on the destination. We will inform you of any relevant promotional offer.

 If you do not receive the product within the time indicated, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier. This consult could last several days (approximately 15 working days.) During this period, no alternative shipment or refund of the order could be made.

We advise you to check once you receive your package and verify that everything is correct and in perfect conditions.

The delivery will be considered to be made when the product is handed to the customer by the courier and the addressee signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the addressee to check the products when receiving them and inform about possible exceptions and complaints that may be justified.

We inform you that a delay is possible in the 24 hours of the delivery. For security reasons, checks all the orders paid with a bank card. In this case, you will be asked or required to provide further data in order to proceed with the purchase.

Consequently, wanting to avoid delays with your order, please clearly indicate all the information below:

  •          A private or business email address.
  •          Telephone or mobile phone number to contact you at any time.


With the exception of any special agreement, the products of will be processed in the settled time from the day of payment. Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product; however, we are responsible for delivering the product in the shortest possible time, never more than 10 days, and counting from the day after the order confirmation. The customer will be informed at once if there is to be a delay in the delivery of the purchased product.

You can exercise your right of cancellation or withdrawal at any time. You can download the next Right of Cancellation Form where all the instructions are provided to proceed with the cancellation or modification of your order.


SALES RETURNS. (30 days)

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 business days to communicate the return. We recommend you to make the return request through your personal area in the "my orders" section or contact our Customer Service calling +34 954 726 252 or sending an email.

Shipping costs are charged to the customer, except in case of non-compliance. We recommend you to protect your goods, so you are responsible of any damages that might be presented when returning.

We request you to return the goods to us by registered post or with an assurance that you have to establish with the transport. This assurance will be necessary in case of spoliation or loss of the goods by the transport agency. In any case, the possible expenses of the return are chargeable to the consumer.

According to the right of return there will only be accepted products that are sent in its original packing, in new and complete conditions. Products that are returned incomplete, deteriorated or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

Once the items have been received in our store and verified that they meet all the conditions, we will proceed with the reimbursement.


In case of reimbursement:

You will have 30 business days to inform us about the order return to proceed with the reimbursement. will pay you back by cash using the same payment method as the customer. In case the reimbursement is not possible, will make a bank transfer.

If the product must be analyzed, will do everything possible to reimburse the money in the shortest time.


Guarantees and After Sales Service


a) Legal guarantees


All the material sold is subjected to the legal guarantee of conformity and to the legal guarantee to hidden effects, declared in the following legal conditions:


  •          Article L.211-4 (Consumer Code): The seller is obliged to send goods in conformity with the contract of sale and will be solely responsible for defects caused during shipping.   •          Article 1641 (Civil Code): The seller is liable for any latent defects in the goods sold which make them unfit for their main use, or which considerably diminish such use, unless the buyer was aware of these at the time of purchase, or has only paid a minimal price, if these were known.


  •          Article 1648 (Civil Code): Legal action resulting from latent defects must be initiated by the consumer within two years of the discovery of the defect. The seller is liable for lack of conformity which becomes evident within two years of delivery, likewise, the consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. declares and guarantees that its internet platforms are technically ready for the sale of products and services. gives no guarantee regarding products or services of third parties.


Reservation of Title expressly retains the title of its sent products until the full payment of the sale price, interests, shipping costs, etc, are made. Nonetheless, the risks are transferred to the customer on the delivery of the products. The customer takes responsibility for the care and custody of the products and for taking out any relevant insurance in order to cover imperfections and accidents to which the products may be susceptible.
