Our aim in Guegueré is to make you happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 days to communicate the return and total refund of your order. In case you need to return the product due to fault or defect (you received a different/damage product), you must notify the mistake contacting our Customer Service by email in the next 48-72 hours after the delivery.

3. Select your order and the products you want to return/change
4. Click on "Return". You will receive the confirmation within 24 hours.

Any items to be exchanged or returned must be in their original packaging and in the same conditions items were received. Used or washed products will be not accepted. Once our team checks that everything is correct and that the customer met all the conditions, we will proceed with the refund via the same method used for payment.
You can look for a transport agency and manage the shipping by yourself. Or you can contact with us to organize the collection and delivery. The price is €8.00/shipping within the Spanish Peninsula and €20.00/shipping for European countries.
You can request the sizing changes or exchange for another product within 30 days from your customer account within your order. Return and new shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
